If that is your intepretation of what Popper meant, so be it. That obviously is not F's or mine.

Resolution. Do we impose it, or should it be voluntarily assumed?

Duck or Rabbit?
You say Duck
I say Rabbit.
Contextually and in accordance with our viewpoint we are both correct.
It is only when one refuses to acknowledge this that there may be conflict.
Should we resolve this conflict, or dissolve it?
Or is its resolution in its dissolotion?

Duck is x
Rabbit is anti-x

How do you propose we resolve it?

"Why should it not be possible to say conflicting things about ‘the same situation’ and yet be right?"

The point is not if one or both are right, it is how to resolve the conflict. (When Popper used the term "right", I think it could mean "the view that should override the other in conflict").

Saying both parties are right is very politically correct, but it does not resolve the situation!
